Yes this is because it was rolled out an hour before

We have a few changes going on at IT.

This is to make sure I am helping put the sites
best foot forward. We are working on getting some
new splash pages (professionally done). Some
changes to the surf/ members area will be added
this week too. Just giving a heads up for this one
cause you will see some things come and go while
I’m working in the site. It’s a live site and
sometimes you need to back things out. I make
mistakes from time to time. 

also I will be resetting the server this week so
there might be a little down time - Very little-

IT 247 is Online & I messed up 

As some or most seen today the Bandwidth was
exceeded.

Well that’s sort of true   The setting inside was
set to 300000 MB and I never changed it. (it's changed
now)

The site is growing so much that this month we hit
it before the end of the month. The funny part is
I never hit it before so I forgot about that
as a setting. I am going to be going through the
server settings to make sure silly mistakes like
this don’t happen again.

IT is just fine and back online sorry for the goof
– this is the things you hit when you are growing.-

Get your ads everywhere in every form. 
Make your ads pop/ stand out.
Offer great customer service.
Always treat the members with respect. (free or upgraded)
Bring something unique to the industry.
Have the right tools for the job.

The one rule I add is make an effort to add an new tool to
your working system often. That’s why Marcy and I are

Subject:  It is an IT Monday!
Good Monday Morning  

This weekend was fantastic our 20% increase goal
is still on target and surfing has increased as
well.

This may not seem like a big thing but with
spring break going on now almost 90% of the top
traffic exchanges had less sign ups this last week
and some dropped 20% from the their averages.

This is not bad news for the industry at all. It
is just to show that IT is growing week over week
when others staying the same or falling.  

This business is all about getting you message
and brand out so that people can see IT.  This has
been our biggest week since December and I am very
happy about that and I want to thank everyone who
is building there downlines here at IT.   

Just as a friendly reminder that the egg Hunt is
going till the till tomorrow (  always some eggs
unaccounted for)

Its kind of crazy that my family has been at this for 6 years now.

See on this day in 2005 My mother died at the age of 44 from Small Cell lung Cancer.

.And In 2009 We started Ablaze For A Cure - Ablaze for a cure is a way for my family to give back we donate to cancer of all types but in august it is Lung Cancer Alliance.
 
We have raised over 500 dollars and have had over 1,100 show support for this great cause. http://www.causes.com/causes/308649-ablaze-for-a-cure-help-us-fight-all-cancer-with-your-support  

It is still a tough Day for our family As my brothers now 15 and 20 were young when our mom passes away.

It gets easier every year.

But I still miss my mother and my heart aches for my brothers who both, My mother was an Amazing woman and a great friend - I could tell her anything and she was right there to listen.
 
My moms name was Carla J Rushing - I will never for get her and that is why as long as I am allowed to be here on this awesome earth
 
I will be giving something to the LCA and other great cancer organizations.

In TE news this week we saw the relaunch of listsurfing.
 Super Surfing is back with a new name “ Nerd Surfing” AKA Nerfing 
and
many people are asking what is BlainTech?  Is it real Or is it fake?

BlainTech is the concept of having fun in the traffic exchange industry!
With that said there is more to it.
The Ideas that BlainTech shares is over the top with entertainment.

IT is Monday And IT Looks Way different.

With all the member feed back, IT has finally made some major changes. Changes to make the site much simpler to navigate.

The message is:
 If it is hard to use people will struggle, till they don’t want to use it.

But thanks to People Like Brenda, Justin, Jennifer, and Matt  and many others. I have spent the last week working out little bugs Adding a new menu with The IDEA of K.I.S.S

You would think a message like that would hit me in the head like a ton of bricks. IT did but I needed to learn from the members what needed to be done.
